The Company has 1,139,369,391 ordinary fully paid shares in issue.

The number of ordinary shares not in public hands amounts to 15,620,195 equivalent to 1.37% of the issued allotted and fully paid ordinary shares.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

The Company has issued 9,087,584 RSUs which will vest over 3 years commencing from 2025.
